We arranged to have Atlantis Tour shuttle us back and forth from the airport in Lisbon to our rental with Chancellor Alfama apartments. Joao met us when we arrived at the airport. We had to wait for my sister and her husband to arrive on another flight after us. While we waited, Joao loaded our baggage into the car and then shared highlights of Lisbon and ideas of places to see. He was so professional and helpful. After getting us to our location, he made sure we got into our rental and helped with our baggage.
We decided to take a day trip to Sintra as Joao had suggested and contacted Atlantis Tour and requested Joao if he was available. He picked up us on time and spent the day taking us to see the many beautiful sights in and around Sintra. During the day, Joao provided us with information about the history, culture and sights. It really was the highlight of our stay in Portugal.
One day we were out walking and got lost in Alfama (it is really like a labyrinth) so we contacted Atlantis Tour who promptly helped us find our way back to our rental.
Thank you very much for your excellent, professional service. You helped make our stay a very enjoyable experience. We would not hesitate to contact you again if we return to Portugal.

Hi Juan ..and a rather belated thanks for your expert guidance and kindness when Brigitte and I were in Lisbon, some weeks ago now . My how time passes quickly ..We are back to the routine of our lives in London after enjoying a fabulous visit to your city. You were very much a part of our experience and we were lucky to have your company and knowledge of Portugal and Lisbon in particular .
We have not yet opened the wine ; That may happen next weekend when Octopus will be on the menu. Difficult to match the fish from around Lisbon , but we will try.
We hope that you are well and the business is strong . I suppose that it must be as this is now peak holiday time .
